While the probationary period primarily emphasizes technical skills, this orientation program focuses on expanding the students' horizons and fostering their ability to think strategically about various business models.

Mega Centre of Excellence of TSSC
Britco & Bridco, in partnership with the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) and association with Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department & Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, proudly opened the new Mobile Handset Repair Mega Centre of Excellence in Kerala. This collaborative effort aimed to meet the growing demand for skilled mobile handset repair technicians in the region. All training at the Mobile Handset Repair Mega Centre of Excellence in Kerala was facilitated by TSSC Certified Master Trainers of Britco & Bridco. This centre will facilitate:
- Industrial training of Faculties, Lab Assistants and Students
- Training of trainers on handheld devices for Teachers
